What is it?
The post is promoting a Facebook “cashback” app called Dosh that claims to offer a cashback service when you go shopping – you need to give the app your card details to track your shopping. It does offer a referral service where you can earn money from your friends, but your friends must first download the app and link the app to their credit or debit card.
As such, the claim you can make $5 for every friend you have on Facebook as long as you share a Facebook post is more than just a little misleading.
The Billy Rogers account in this case is a like-farming account full of misleading or exploitative posts.
