An image is spreading online that appears to sow a cyclist being chased by a grizzly bear down a road.
The photo has been shared a number of times on social media, especially Facebook. One particularly viral instance of the photo is captioned “meals on wheels in Canada“.
The photo isn’t real. People being chased down by grizzly bears is a popular subject for Internet pranksters, with a number of photos and videos spreading online purportedly showing just that. They are, fortunately, relatively easy to debunk with a reverse image search.
In this case, the real photo, sans the cyclist, can be seen below. The cyclist has subsequently been added by a hoaxer.
