Despite the photo managing to find its way onto social media and also onto a FOX News segment hosted by Brian Kilmeade, the photo has been clearly fabricated.

In reality the photo splices two separate photos, one showing the judge sitting on his couch at home, and the other showing Ghislaine Maxwell and now-deceased Jeffrey Epstein on a plane.
