The image does not actually a show a real baby platypus. In fact it shows a stone “fantasy” sculpture by artist Vladimir Matić-Kuriljov, who uploaded photos of his creation to Art Station in mid-2019.
A genuine photo of a baby platypus – colloquially (albeit not officially) called a “puggle” – can be seen below.
