“Donald Trump arrested” virus warning spreading

A warning is spreading across social media claiming that a virus is circulating the Internet that appears as a link with an image of Donald Trump being arrested by two police officers.

Breaking News. “Donald Trump arrested” Please if you see two police officers arresting Donald Trump on your computer screen, Do not click to read the news. It is a Virus . Someone has done that and it has infected their computer. Please send to all in your contact list .

Scammers often bait social media users with enticing links that lead to a variety of scammy webpages, most commonly sites belonging to marketing companies that try and bait visitors into parting with their personal contact information, leading to the visitor getting spammed.
