Fact Check – Michael Moore accused of sexual harassment of 4 underage girls?
Rumours are circulating in the Internet that claim director Michael Moore has been accused of sexual harassment by at least four underage girls.
The rumours originated from an October 2017 article published by website FreedumJunkshun.com that claimed Moore was facing accusations from 15 former staffers, including 4 who are (or were) underage…
Fat liberal rabble-rouser Michael Moore is in a lot of trouble. As Hollywood elite Harvey Weinstein now faces charges for the rape of an actress as well as a slew of sexual harassment allegations, filmmaker Michael Moore now has to deal with his own accusations from a whopping 15 former staffers.
Fox News reported Monday:
While filming anti-gun movie Bowling for Columbine Sarah Slater, who was 16 at the time and on set as an extra, says Moore walked up to her and made “multiple passes.”
“I rejected him every time but he wouldn’t take no for an answer,” Slater tells Fox. “He had me change into this really short skirt and he would just stare. At the end of the day, I was at a vending machine and felt a hand sliding up my thigh.”
Slater broke into tears, but later explained that Moore “grabbed my posterior and slid a finger up against my vagina.” He then turned and walked away.
We advised her not to continue the interview because of the emotional trauma it was causing her.
At least four of Moore’s accusers were underage at the time they say he assaulted them.
However, despite being in bad taste, this is just another fake article from a known fake news website that continually publishes this sort of nonsense. FreedumJunkshun.com is a self-confessed fake news article that intentionally attempts to bait readers with conservative political leanings.

The site is classed as fake news on ThatsFake.com, and features a disclaimer at the end of each article on the site footer that reads –
We believe that there is nothing more precious than the mind of an aging conservative. Here we gather a boatload of bullhonkey, works of pure satirical fiction, to give the fist-shakers of the world a reason to hate. Reality is often in the eye of the beholder. You won’t find any of it here.
However the story has been copied and pasted onto other fake news sites that carry no such disclaimer, including conservativecolumns.com.
Of course if the news were true, it would have been covered extensively by mainstream media outlets, just like the Harvey Weinstein allegations that occurred at the same time this story was published.
We don’t recommend spreading this potentially damaging fake news story.
