Man responds to scammer with Adele lyrics. And it’s hilarious.

When someone you meet online suddenly starts declaring their undying love for you and asking you for money to buy a plane ticket to come meet you, you’re being scammed. That’s just a fact.

Most people, upon realising the scam, will probably just block the scammer. After all, that’s the sensible thing to do, right?

Not for Frank Flemming Jensen from Denmark though. When the “woman” who was messaging him over the Facebook Messenger mobile app started declaring her love for him, Jensen decided he’d have a little fun.

He decided that he would only reply to the scammer with Adele lyrics.

And it’s hilarious.

When the scammer starts to catch on to what is going on… things get a little heated… (don’t worry, we’ve bleeped out the naughty words!)

So it doesn’t look like this online relationship is going to work out.

On a more serious note, NEVER EVER send money to people you meet online. For any reason. Scammers are extremely good at gaining the trust of vulnerable people online, luring victims into believing they’re in love with you.

But the requests for money will inevitably start… and that’s money you’ll never see again.
