Taiwanese man gets 12 inch penis transplant? Fact Check
A fake story is circulating that claims a Taiwanese millionaire was the recipient of a successful transplant of a 12 inch long penis previously belonging to a black man.
The story comes courtesy of popular fake news website WorldNewsDailyReport.com. The article reads in part –
Cape Town | A Taiwanese millionaire has just fulfilled one of his lifelong dreams after a successful penis transplant from a South African organ donor.
Huy Xen Phang, a Taiwanese businessman who made his fortune in the real estate industry, had been waiting for 18 months before a suitable donor was found.
The penis transplantation is not only the fourth such surgery performed in the world but also the biggest known to date because of the enormous size of the penis in question.
“I am very proud of my big new penis, I don’t care if people know about it, it will only make them jealous,” Phang told reporters hours after the operation
Of course WorldNewsDailyReport.com is a popular fake news sites that continually publishes nonsense articles without a grain of truth. And this certainly applies here. The photo of the “Taiwanese millionaire” in this story is actually a man in the UK who was killed after a battle with pneumonia and was taken from a Daily Mail article.
If there was any other doubt as to the legitimacy of their stories, World News Daily Report has a disclaimer on their website that reads in part –
WNDR assumes however all responsibility for the satirical nature of its articles and for the fictional nature of their content. All characters appearing in the articles in this website – even those based on real people – are entirely fictional and any resemblance between them and any persons, living, dead, or undead is purely a miracle.
As such, the story is false.
