Facebook posts that claim supermarket Aldi is giving away a $275 grocery coupon to celebrate its anniversary are just trying to lure you to spammy marketing webpages.
The posts assert that the popular supermarket is giving away $275 coupons to those that click the link. However upon clicking the link, users are told to share the same link onto their own timelines, which helps the spam spread across Facebook.
A screenshot of the link can be seen below, though other similar versions exist.

However no such coupon exists. These spams exist to lure visitors to spammy marketing websites that are designed to harvest a user’s personal information, making them the target for various forms of spam communication.
Do not participate in these types of offers. If they are not published by the official social media outlets of the brands mentioned in the alleged offer, then it is unlikely to be a legitimate offer. Those who do fall for these scams can expect to be targeted with spam, or worse find themselves the victim of identity theft.
